process
Our work process starts after you've made the payment!SKETCHES
After payment is made, the artist will begin working on the sketches which usually takes about 3-4 days. They'll then send you progress images for you to look through. If there's anything you're unsatisfied with, make sure to let us know then. You can request changes to the sketch stage until you’re satisfied with it.LINE ART
Once you are satisfied, the artists will then work on line art which will take another 3-4 days at most. Repeating the process they'll send a progress image once and you can let them know one last time if there are any changes before they move on to coloring.COLORING
During the coloring stages, they'll be sending you updates until they are finished with the artwork! This will take another 3-4 days depending on how fast the artist will be working on them.In total it takes an artist two weeks, more or less, to complete your commission.Feel free to ask us anything during the process if you have any questions or concerns.
terms & conditions
1. All commissions are for non-profit, personal use only. (you cannot make any images you commissioned from us into NFTs or use them to train AI).2. Should the commission be intended for commercial purposes, such as merchandising or commercial reproduction, please notify us in advance. In such cases, a separate contract agreement will be required to outline the terms and conditions specific to commercial usage.3. Revisions requested after receiving prior approval of a stage may incur additional charges. We will send progress images at each stage so please be sure to review each properly.4. Full payment up front. Payment plans only available on a case-by-case basis after reaching a certain threshold. There will be no refunds unless we are unable to complete your commission.5. We retain the right to not accept your commission if we feel uncomfortable with what you request.6. If you have a deadline please make sure to request your commission as early as possible and notify us about it. Anything less than a week will include additional charges.7. Before proceeding with payment for the commission, we will kindly ask that you sign a terms of service agreement detailing your usage rights.
